Steven C. Shirk
Steve has been in the business industry and the Central Pennsylvania region since 1989. He opened the Harrisburg office in 1991, and today manages day-to-day operations and serves as company President. He points to the firm’s many long-term customer relationships as evidence that Capital “provides the best service in the industry.”
Steve credits the company’s success to its’ long-term commitment to customers. While some office equipment suppliers see the end of the relationship when the equipment is delivered, for Capital, it is just the beginning. Dave has been in the business industry for over 30 years, and with Capital Business Systems since 1993. Dave’s experienced sales team is dedicated to the company’s commitment to service and satisfaction. This commitment is exemplified by a consultative sales approach that focuses on understanding the client’s business need so that the proper solution can be determined and designed. Chris has been with Capital Business Systems since 2000 and is responsible for integrating your new equipment and solutions into your business. The process begins with network support as Chris ensures that your new solution is fully functional within your network and customized to meet your workflow needs.
Following installation, Chris provides hands-on training for your staff to make sure they have a complete understanding of how to use it effectively. Comprehensive training, while keeping things “simple” is critical to reducing system downtime since, “More than 50% of all service calls in the first six months can be eliminated with proper product education,” says Chris. Additionally, Capital provides continued education and support throughout the equipment’s lifecycle.
“Even just a simple copier installed on network can perform so many functions these days. Shayna has been managing the business office with Capital since 2003 and possesses over twenty year’s administration experience. Shayna grew up in a family business where integrity, service and customer satisfaction were paramount. Rachel has been with Capital Business Systems since 2006. As the Director of Service, Rachel has the experience of over 12 years in the industry as well as over 20 years of operations experience. Balancing the importance of customer service from phone support with service calls and supplies to coordinating the dispatching of our technicians, her commitment is to make sure that customer service is ensured andthat the quality of service exceeds customer expectations.
