Name change

Effective July 1, 2006, our name has changed from Block Business Systems to Capital Business Systems to better reflect the area that we serve. And while our name has changed, our commitment to you has not.

Our transition to Capital Business Systems should be mostly transparent to you. There has been no change in management and our office address and phone number remain the same. Most importantly, however, you can count on the same people delivering the same great support to which you’ve grown accustomed over the years.

One change of note, however, relates to invoicing and remittance. While our invoices will continue to look the same, they will be issued by Capital Business Systems, and not Block. When we transition, please take care to send your remittance to “Capital Business Systems”. No action is currently required of you and reminders will be sent with our new invoices. If you are currently in receipt of an invoice from Block Business Systems please remit to “Block Business Systems”.

For over fifteen years we’ve lived and worked in the community that we serve. That’s important to us – and we know it’s important to you too. As we transition to our new name, rest assured that we are the same locally owned and operated company that knows you and understands your business.
