How do I place a service call?
Locate the equipment ID Tag on your machine. Typically this will be on the right side of the
machine and will look like this:
You can place a service request in two (2) different ways. (1) You can call
our office direct at 717-540-0800 and talk with a service
representative. (2) You can complete and submit the form below. Complete
the required fields and press "Submit". You will need to know the equipment
ID number, the nature of the service request, your name, your company name
and your contact phone number.
